Yup, it has begun!

So enjoy...

Prologue

‘And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the Earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the Sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair, and they took them wives of all that they chose.’ Genesis chapter 6 verses 1 and 2.

From the heights of another world, glittering with light and gold, he sat, stroking his long, thick beard. Sighing, he took himself another cup of coffee from the vending machine at his side, before taking a long sip and resuming his look from the window. Beneath him, rotating in mystic silence, the Earth was quite unaware what evils where taking place on it’s surface.
‘My Lord?’ Gabriel asked, appearing at his side. The old man smiled.
‘Gabriel, old friend.’ reaching out, he gripped Gabriel’s shoulder and pulled him closer. ‘What have we learned of the Nephilim?’
‘I apologise, my Lord. The demon forces grow. The only thing able to wipe them off the face of the Earth would be a world wide flood. And even if that were to take place, what is to stop Lucifer trying again?’
The old man gave a sigh. ‘Still, Gabriel, we must try. Have you found anyone untainted by the blood of the Nephilim?’ Gabriel handed a clipboard to the old man, who reached for his glasses from his coat pocket. Fumbling, he finally placed the spectacles onto the bridge of his large, thin nose. One family.
‘Noah.’ he said at last. Gabriel nodded.
‘He is a man of God, and his family line is the only untainted from the curse that was Satan.’ The old man held out his hand, slowly tipping the rim of his glasses down, looking over them at the angel, his wings fluttering impatiently.
‘And what of those who began all this. Where are they now?’
‘They have been placed in confinement, my Lord… where they ought to be!’ Gabriel gave a snort of self decency, while the old man simply held a sorrow in his eyes for his children, lost to the confines of everlasting punishment. He didn’t care whether it was what they deserved…
